Qase Q3 2024 product update

In Q3 2024, we released more than double the number of features we released in Q2!

We’re thrilled to see such strong adoption of our latest releases. Our AI-powered Manual Test Case Generator, for example, has already saved Qase customers approximately 10,000 hours of manual work by creating test cases directly from product requirements.

At Qase, we know that impactful features matter most when they address core customer needs, which is why we are so proud of our commitment to our customers. We regularly monitor feature requests on Canny, maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and frequently receive positive reviews on G2

Let’s take a look at how our passion for innovation that serves customer needs influenced our product development in the last quarter  — and where it will take us in the next.

In Q3, we focused on addressing our customers’ key challenges

In the last three months, we prioritized balancing exciting new features with meaningful enhancements based on customer feedback.

Our latest updates include:

  • Bulk management enhancements: Users can now bulk-edit test cases and manage tags, streamlining project oversight.
  • User experience improvements: We enhanced the folder view for intuitive navigation and introduced an easy way to duplicate analytics dashboard widgets for quick customization.
  • Productivity boosts: The launch of our AI-powered Manual Test Case Generator accelerates test creation, while new grouped parameter capabilities simplify test parameterization. Additionally, users can now easily link to third-party defects when reporting issues, reducing time to resolution.
  • Collaboration enhancements: Comment updates now support editing, deleting, and user tagging, making teamwork within Qase smoother and more efficient.
  • Security and integration upgrades: Our enhanced Jira integration now offers refined project access control, letting users decide which Jira projects Qase can access. We've also expanded Jira integration across multiple workspaces and improved issue status mapping for seamless workflow alignment.

In Q4, we’ll concentrate on automation and AI

Over the past year, we’ve seen an explosion in the growth of customers reporting their automated test cases in Qase. In Q4, we’ve invested significantly in our reporters catalog. We added support for Mocha and WDIO, and made improvements to our Jest, Cypress, Newman, RobotFramework, and Pytest reporters. You can see our full list of API reporters here.

In Q4, we will primarily focus on improving our automation capabilities and leveraging AI to make it easier to generate, execute, observe, and analyze automated test cases.

Here’s to a great Q3 and the laying the foundation for an even better Q4

Happy testing, everyone!
