Data security

We are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and maintain updated SOC2 and SOC 3 reports. We use Stripe to handle payments and AWS as infrastructure service provider.

File storage limits

Business and Enterprise plans have unlimited file storage. If Free or Startup plans reach the storage limitations, we’ll let you know and give you a grace period to upgrade.

Team size changes

Yes, you can change your team size at any point during your subscription. You’ll be charged a prorated fee for adding new users and a refund on your next payment for removing seats.

Payment types accepted

We accept all major credit cards. For Business plan annual subscription, we can issue invoices payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.

Business plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial gives access to the full feature set of the business plan.
AIDEN credits are consumed when you use AIDEN to convert manual test cases into automation scripts or generate test cases from requirements. Credits reset each month. The Startup plan includes 1,000 credits per month, Business includes 2,000, and Enterprise includes 4,000.

No. Read-only access is available as a separate add-on, so stakeholders who need visibility into test results (PMs, developers, executives) do not consume seats from your plan. Read-only users can view test runs, results, and dashboards without the ability to create or edit content.
The Free plan includes 500 MB. Startup includes 100 GB. Business and Enterprise plans include unlimited storage.
