Competitors are inflexible, tied into Jira directly using test cases as Jira tasks. I found this just causes more issues, in an environment where the development and project management teams already have complicated Jira workflows. Qase integrates with Jira in a couple of clicks. The best of both worlds.

A big disappointment is that there is no easy / obvious way to create a test case from a Jira issue and have it linked back to the issue.

The support is outstanding, whenever I have an issue I hear back VERY quickly. Plus they're very responsive to feedback and it's nice to know that my feature requests are considered seriously.

Lacking a lot of features and is in dire need of some quality of life improvements. This appears to be dead software and I would not recommend investing your time in this.

Support, pricing, interface, functionality, and overall speed are key when evaluating any SaaS and Qase checks all the boxes.

Bad performance and frequent outages lately. Greatly impacts our business because it usually occurs during our operating hours for several hours. Contacted the support, and the only suggestions received were to monitor the StatusPage for service restoration.

Customer support answers messages in 1 minute and gives a comprehensive answer to any question that I have. I love the polite and friendly support team which helped me, and even rescued me a couple of times.

It's a daily struggle to add and run test cases. I have an open ticket for almost a year and we're still waiting for a fix even after Smartbear was able to repeat the problem shortly after the case was opened. Unacceptable!

Since we started using Qase, testing has become more fun and much faster. We are now doing more tests in 2 days than before in 2 weeks.

It's too slow. I struggle to add a test case, like 1 per 3 mins. The support is not professional. I have an open ticket for half a year, with video reproductions of the issue and all the needed info. Still waiting for a response and a fix. Stay clear.
